The Project financed thanks to contributions from the Veneto Region’s POR FESR made it possible to use the services of a Temporary Export Manager for one year, the project was in fact carried out from January 2021 to January 2022. Collaboration with this business networking professional allowed us to consolidate and expand the internationalization process already undertaken by the company, verifying new areas of application for our electric motors, micromotors and linear actuators and acquiring new customers in the German market.

At the same time as setting up and coordinating the company’s internationalization plan, the Temporary Export Manager passed on to the internal staff the best techniques for managing foreign sales, carrying out a training part in the field in order to then leave the company’s sales department with the strategies, shared with the ownership, to continue sales development both during and after the end of the project.
